Stays at Villa Dar Challa are three nights minimum. 

These rates include breakfast, airport transfers* and domestic staff.

January, February,  July,  November, december. 

(Excluding All Saints holidays).

High season

 March, April, May, June, August, September,  October.

We can add a roller bed in your suite for a child under 10.

Baby beds are also available on request.

*From 7 nights booked, airport transfers is included in the privatization rate and are limited to two one way and two return transfers.

Booking conditions:

Stays in Dar Challa are a minimum of three days.

Rates include breakfast service and airport transfers offered from 7 nights. 

More than 45 days before the stay, a deposit of 50% is requested at the reservation by bank transfer. This payment allows you to confirm your reservation.

Less than 45 days before the stay, the full amount of the stay is due by bank transfer.

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before noon. A tolerance may be applied on arrival depending on your flight hours and future rentals. 

Cancellations:

The customer, if he unilaterally renounces the rental, will be obliged to abandon any amount paid at the time of booking.

In case of border closures or for exceptionnal event, a voucher will be given to you in order to postpone your stay in the villa Dar Challa, subject to the availability of the property within one year.  

Conditions of use:

The customer will be asked to pay the balance of the stay at the latest 45 days before the scheduled arrival date, at the risk of losing his reservation without being able to claim any compensation of any kind.

Certain information requested on the forms is mandatory. The recording of this information is imperative for the processing of the reservation. The customer undertakes to communicate and to enter on the forms only truthful, sincere, regular and faithful information to his personal situation, his contact details and his needs.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Service, the customer declares that he accepts without reservation the application of all these provisions and applicable fees.

Security Conditions:

Guests are invited to lock their bedroom doors when they are away: bay window overlooking the terrace and hallway door.

Valuable items must be secured in the safe of the room.

Owners are not responsible for theft if these instructions are not followed.

Other conditions:

Extras, meals, treatments or other services will be paid on site by credit card or cash before your departure from the villa. The pool heating charge is €100 per day and two days of warm-up (€200).
